This is a full time position with competitive wages and benefits. Qualifications include softwood grading experience in 2 inch dimension, posts beams and timbers; some leadership skills and can work with fellow staff and customers. The grader will also run the trimmer as they are stamping and grading. Fritch Mill is looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
The pace at Fritch Mill is slow compared to other medium to large planning facilities, with production of 25-50 mbf per day. They are very hands-on and base their business on the personal touch they give the wood pile and their customers.
